By accessing or using Webstree ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful software.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its source code, design, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Webstree. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Platform.

5. AI Services

플랫폼은 Webstree 자체 인프라(Kul 패밀리, Webstree EVO 서버)에서 실행되는 AI 모델을 통해 AI 기반 기능을 제공합니다. AI가 생성한 콘텐츠는 정확성을 보장하지 않고 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 출력을 검토하는 것은 사용자의 책임입니다. 타사 AI 제공업체에 데이터가 전송되지 않습니다.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webstree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
