3. Acceptable Use

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its source code, design, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Webstree. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Platform.

5. AI Services

Платформа предоставляет функции с поддержкой ИИ через модели искусственного интеллекта, работающие на собственной инфраструктуре Webstree (семейство Kul, сервер Webstree EVO). Контент, созданный ИИ, предоставляется "как есть" без гарантии точности. Вы несете ответственность за проверку результатов. Данные не передаются сторонним поставщикам ИИ.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webstree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
